A favourite stop was the Union Hall in Park Slope. Great food, great bocce, and I found myself mesmerized by the yummy type behind the bar.

Introducing Herringbone.
This design, sans typography, was created out of necessity. I needed some colour in the guestroom, and there was already too much type around the house. Even I felt typography overload.
Recently I completed the branding for an Interior Design company in Burlington (to be revealed soon!), and I was able to draw some inspiration from a colour bar I designed and incorporated into their business card. It quickly evolved into a very SSD pattern and stays on trend with the chevron motif so popular these days.
